EPS Sandwich Panel Wall

Material: Color coated, galvanized, hot galvanized, and stainless steel panel. Panel thickness: 0.2-0.8mm for external/internal steel panel. EPS sandwich panel for wall Wiidth: 950mm, 1000mm, 1150mm, 1200mm (if the quantity is big we can make the shape and width according to customer's design) Thickness: 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250mm Core material density: 12-25kgs/m3, Color: As required. Side steel strip: Have or not as required. (Normally we use galvanized plate on thickness of 0.5mm-1.0mm Length: Unlimited, <12m due to transport Advantages: Waterproof, fire-resistance, noise-absorbing, insulated and convenient for construction Usage: It is widely used as wall material for steel structure plant. Sandwich Panel is composed by three layers, up and lower steel sheet,and middle with polyphenyl core materials. The panels are formed by laminating and pressing with 2 components PU glue through forming machines;
